IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
We have no deposits.
WHAT SIZE SPACE DO I NEED TO RENT?
That depends on many factors. Our onsite managers can assist you with determining the best size space for your needs. You can also go to our Unit Size guide for assistance.
DO YOU SELL INSURANCE?
No, but we do offer insurance through independent insurance companies. We strongly encourage all tenants to obtain some type of insurance coverage for their stored goods. You can also check your homeowner’s policy.
ARE BOXES AND MOVING SUPPLIES SOLD ONSITE?
Yes, we offer a variety of locks, boxes and moving supplies at competitive prices.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
Yes, We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME THAT I CAN RENT A UNIT?
Our leases are on a month-to-month basis.
WHEN ARE LATE CHARGES APPLIED?
All rents are due on the first of the month. Tenants are given a 10-day grace period. Payments not received in the office within the grace period will be considered late and a $10.00 late fee will be charged to that account.

Our office is open 5 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm

WHAT ARE THE LOCATION ACCESS HOURS?
We provide electronic gate access from 6 AM to 9 PM 7-days a week.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN LOCK?
Yes you must provide your own lock. Also, TnT Mini Storage sells the required disc locks and other moving supplies, please visit our Packing Supplies for more information.
